Key
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures, including lock out/tag out
Help the team meet or exceed safety, production and quality goals
Contribute to a team environment by cross training and filling in for operators during absences
Perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Perform housekeeping duties to aid in keeping machinery functioning properly, reduce hazards and maintain the appearance of the plant
Demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency in all job tasks
Adapt quickly to change
Follow job-related instructions and duties as determined by the supervisor
Requirements include:
High School Diploma / GED
Working weekends / rotating shifts / holidays / overtime
Performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods (lifting, walking, twisting, stooping)
Manufacturing and forklift experience preferred, but not required.
